How To Get My Guild Wars 2 Account I Dont Have Serial Key

- Buying the Game. While Guild Wars 2. You will receive a serial key that you can redeem on your account management page—either as an email or as a physical code.
- This is on my new/old account that I used to use when I was a free account and wanted to try classes that I didn't have room to try anymore (because I used up all the free space and didn't want to delete the characters I've made to try them out) and um. Why can I only get the expansion and not the digital upgrade?
- There is definitely other ways to find out if it's someone account, a serial code should not HAVE to be your lifeline to recovering you account, iv had 2 accounts. It's been played off the same I.P. Everytime, everything traces back to me. I bought my last of Guild Wars 1 4 years ago.
Has anybody faced this demon yet? You need the game serial number to change a password unfortunately, and I don't have it. I really want to get back into guild wars for the Holiday events. Looks like I actively deleted the emails that had my serial number on it (must be from before I learned what archiving even was.) And I've gotten a new laptop since the last time I played. I could make the drive up to my mom's house where my old laptop is, and it might be saved on that. But unfortunately I don't think I can even use the WiFi there because she's a dinosaur and uses WiFi with a shared wep encryption that isn't supported by Windows 8.
Anyway, I tried logging in to download the client on to this laptop and tried literally ever password I could think I'd have used. And my email archives don't have the serial number email. Could anybody either let me know how they fixed this (arenanet hasn't gotten back to my support email in 2 days,) or tell me the password requirements for guild wars 2?

Edit: I just got a reply and the guy sent me a link to change it. A common example used is a birthday. Ontrack data recovery serial key. Say your birthday is January 1st, 1980. Instead of setting your password as 'jan180,' make it complex. 'JaN9teen&o' is a very complex password and after a short period of time, easier to remember. Don't open any e-mails you don't trust. Hackers often target e-mails associated with GW2 accounts.
